Accu-Chek Compact Plus Glucose Meter by Roche Diagnostics is capable of downloading results to your home PC.

The Accu-Chek Compact Plus Meter by Roche Diagnostics is a blood glucose self-monitoring system with an integrated test strip drum. The Accu-Chek Compact Plus Meter features 17 test strips in a single drum that you simply drop inside the meter. The meter then reads the barcode on the bottle of strips and no extra coding is required by the user. At the touch of a single button the test strip moves to the right measurement position. Accu-Chek Compact Plus gives reliable and accurate results in as little as 5 seconds with a sample blood size of 1.5 µL. The Accu-Chek® Compact Plus can save up to 500 tests with dates and times and offers test result averages for 7, 14 and 30 days.

While the meter is touted as an "all in one" solution, other meters have more advanced programming options, such as the OneTouch Ultra Smart. Overall, however, I was very impressed with the Compact Plus.

This is a fast and accurate meter don't get me wrong but I cant stand the size of this meter. I've had this meter for two months now and I hate having to take it with me when I go places. I'm ready for a new meter.

Having a no code meter that is easy to read and easy to use is what I want in a diabetic meter. My Compact Plus meter even though its larger in size from my last meter has exactly what I want in meter. I wouldn't recommend this to someone who travels a lot and is always on the go.

I think this meter is great but I wish this meter was a lot smaller.

This meter is great overall because it's everything you need to test your blood sugar without having to bring a backpack to carry it. I do like the fact that you don't have to handle strips but the fact that there are so many moving parts inside has caused me to go through them faster than any other meter I've ever used. I highly recommend this meter for anyone that has a child with diabetes. Makes life a bit easier.
