I used 2 other meeters to compare readings from this meter and it strayed as much as 50 points. I was told that those readings were within the 10 to 15% margin allowed by medical guidelines for meters. But that is not good enough for me. I therefore switched to a more accurate meter with large memory.

It's supposedly a step in the right direction.... Overall i would recommend this meter to anyone that wants a reliable glucose meter. it's not the fastest meter on the market and it doesn't take the smallest sample of blood but it definitely competes within the top glucose monitors out there.

It's easy to use, reliable and takes a small amount of blood. I especially like the pre and post meal markers because it lets me see how my food is affecting my glucose levels. I wish that OneTouch would come out with a No Code meter though.... until then, I am sticking my finger and sticking to my Ultra2
