With several tests comparing TRUEtrack against my Freestyle meter, which exactly matches the doctors meter, there were differences from 35 to 60 mg/dL. When I went hyooglycemic with the first one that read 121 I realized that the meter was unreliable. I had been having extremely high readings. I cannot trust this meter but it is the only one that my medicare insurance will pay for the test strips and lancets for. I will have to buy those for my old meter.

User Review

Pros The lancet device is less painless then most.
Cons The test results are off about 40 from my old Freestyle and from the doctors. I went hypoglycemic while the meter showed a test result of 121. This is my second meter from TRUEtrack with similar results.
