The strips are a little expensive, but most newer meters tend to start out expensive then come down in price over time. I like the large display and management software. I also like the potential to use with the iphone and the pending wireless technology, both of which should be available soon.

 

this meter has to be the fastest available

Rubber sides makes this meter feel durable and the buttons on my "Jazz" are still working even after a year of heavy testing.

Pros Rapid fast test time and it fits in the palm of my hand easily
Cons The name "Jazz" for a diabetic meter is dumb. WaveSense needs to think of a better name for this meter
