The Ascensia Contour blood glucose meter from Bayer will automatically code the moment you put a new test strip in the meter so you don't have to worry about coding the meter each time you use a new bottle of test strips. The Ascensia Contour takes a very small blood sample size (0.6µL). With underfill detection, the Contour meter ensures that enough blood is used to perform each test successfully. Alternate site testing on the forearm and palm is also available with the Ascensia Contour meter. This meter also has automatic control marking to eliminate the need to manually mark control tests. The Ascensia Contour produces test results in as little as 5 seconds and has a 480 test memory with date and time.
